Perimeter scoops four awards at CCAE Prix d’Excellence

Perimeter lauded at national awards ceremony recognizing outstanding efforts in communication, media relations, and advancement.

Perimeter Institute made a resounding debut at the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education (CCAE) awards, winning two golds, a silver, and a bronze for outstanding achievements in communications, publications, and fundraising. 
The Council’s annual Prix d’Excellence awards are the benchmark for achievements in educational advancement in Canada. Competing against universities and educational institutes across the country, Perimeter’s four awards put it among the top awardees at the national awards ceremony held in Halifax this week. 
Perimeter was honoured in the following categories:
Perimeter Director of Communications Colin Hunter was at the awards ceremony alongside Production Manager and Designer Liz Goheen (who created the “Forces of Nature” series with Senior Graphic Designer Gabriela Secara), and Advancement team members Shelly Steenhorst-Baker and Jacqueline Watty. 
“The Perimeter team is honoured to receive such recognition, particularly because it comes from an organization that shares our vision of advancing higher education,” Hunter said.
